It’s time to heat things up at Switch2Fitness!
Most of us are needing something to keep us motivated at this time in the year and some of us need something to kick start us so when it’s time to get those legs out again we are feeling fit and strong…is this you?
It’s so much easier to do it TOGETHER!
Join a group of people who are wanting results just like you. They will help you get through the days when you don’t want to train and you just want to stay home on the couch watching Netflix…They will know you skipped a session, they will know you are going to be kicking yourself for not committing and they will be there to inspire and motivate you all the way to the end of the 4 weeks! You don’t have to do this by yourself, in fact it’s actually FUN when you do it with S2F!
Our 2020 4 week WINTER BLITZ includes;
- 5 x 45 minute Sunday Sessions designed to challenge you but have FUN at the same time! (9am @ various locations)
- Fitness testing at the start and end of Blitz
- 1 month of short high intensity, ass-kicking and effective workouts, delivered weekly that you can do on your own anytime you like.
- 1 x POWER2PACE* session each week that will focus on strength both physically and mentally and help you build your inner badass. (Session times – Monday 5:30pm, Wednesday 6:00am, Thursday 7:30pm. Other times available depending on bookings)
- FREE access to our Live stream Yoga class to bring balance to your week.
- A supportive and active private Facebook Group to help you overcome challenges and stick with your goals.
