At switch2fitness we believe that being healthy is a lifestyle and it's about finding a balance that works for you and your family.
We understand that knowing where to start and what changes to make first when it comes to your diet can be overwhelming.
We offer 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching sessions, designed to help you work towards positive and healthy changes, reconnect with your bodies internal signals and set achievable goals.
Our sessions are 15 min or 30 min appointments, where we will create a wellness plan specifically for you. We will give you tools to use that will help you implement new & healthier options for you and your family, specific to what you want to achieve.
We will support you with regular sessions where we will review your wellness plan, food diary and discuss what has worked, what hasn't and how to make healthier choices. Sessions may include regular weigh-ins to keep you be accountable and focused.
